Are you looking for new, wonderfully scented products for your retail establishment? Prim Pantry Scents is pleased to offer our products for wholesale purchasing. We use a whole different company name for our wholesale business (with your business contact info on it) so you do not need to be concerned about customers reordering from us. They will need to come back to YOU when they want more products!

Qualifications
Prim Pantry Scents products are available ONLY to retailers with a physical ("brick and mortar") store and a business license or tax Id#. Sorry, our wholesale pricing is not available to web-based only businesses, for auctioning on eBay, for resale at craft shows, home demonstrations, flea markets, craft malls, etc.

Minimums
We have minimum purchase requirement of $200.00 on your initial order and $75.00 on subsequent orders (before shipping charges). U.S. customers only please.

Order Ship Time
Our current wholesale preparation time is 14-21 Days, does not include time in transit. During our busy Holiday season (August 15 through December 24) preparation time may be longer.

Rush Orders
Rush orders are available for an additional charge. Rush orders will take 3 business days to fill and all sales are FINAL. Additional charges are as follows:

Charge of $50.00 on orders $300.00 or less
Charge of $75.00 on orders $300.01-$500.00
Charge of $150.00 on orders $500.01 and up

Exchanges
Since all of our products are homemade to order, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. However, if you are not satisfied with a product we will gladly exchange it. Please notify us within 5 days of receipt in writing as to why you are needing an exchange. Upon final approval, you will be given an exchange. We regret shipping charges are not refundable.

Cancellation Policy
A 50% non-refundable fee will be charged for any order cancelled after 24 hours due to the handcrafted and customized nature of our items.

Damage in Transit
We take special care in packaging each box we send out, however, sometimes damages may occur. All UPS packages are sent fully insured. If the outside of your package does not arrive in an acceptable condition, please do not accept it from the carrier. Contact UPS at 1-800-742-5877 IMMEDIATELY if there is any damage or breakage. Our responsibility ceases upon delivery of your order to the carrier. You must get a claim number from the carrier.

Private Label
Since you own a business you understand how important it is to market your business name. With that in mind, we are pleased to offer all of our homemade products for sale under private label.
What this means is that we take your business information and logo and put it on the product labels in place of ours. This is a very unique way to advertise your business that you work so hard to promote. There is a one time set up charge of $25.00 that will be added to your first order.

Wholesale prices are subject to change without notice.

Samples are offered at retail prices; however, your total sample purchase amount will be credited toward your wholesale order.

Ordering

Placing an order through our site is quick and secure. Simply make you selection and click on the Add to Cart button. Once you are finished shopping choose the Go to Payments button and fill in the required information. If paying by credit card, please ensure you enter your name as it appears on your card.
You will receive an automatic order confirmation via email once your order is placed. Your total on that confirmation will NOT include shipping.

Payments

* Prim Pantry Scents currently accepts the following forms of payment:
~ Visa/MasterCard/Discover
~ Business Check (full payment must be received before order is shipped)
~ Pick up at our store

* If paying by credit card your card will be charged 50% of the merchandise total at the time of your order and the remaining 50% plus actual shipping charges when your order is ready to be shipped. Please make sure you use the full name as it appears on the credit card used. Due to the rising amount of identity theft, if the name, address and expiration date do not match exactly our credit card processor will decline the charges. If your card is declined, your order will be cancelled and you will be sent an email. Should you still want the items, you will need to reorder with a different form of payment.

Shipping

* If you live in the area of our retail store you are welcome to pick your order up when it is finished to save the shipping charge. Sorry, the only delivery service we offer is UPS or USPS.

The Fine Print!

A little note ~ Since all of our items are handcrafted, you may notice a slight variance in color from batch-to-batch in our homemade products...but remember that the quality NEVER changes!

Another little note ~ To help keep our prices reasonable (and avoid the need for a handling charge) you may receive your order in a recycled box. It is also a good way to reduce waste and help out the environment!

We do not have a printed catalog, please do not ask for one. Our product line is ever changing and we would prefer to concentrate on creating quality products for you to enjoy rather than constantly updating a brochure. All items that we currently offer for sale are listed on the website.
